Operator and agreement
These terms are between you and Premier Global Management, LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States. They apply to the Capital Almanac public website and, where no separate agreement controls, authorized research access. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law. You must have authority to act for an organization. A signed agreement or order takes precedence for the services it covers where it expressly conflicts with these terms.
Research access and accounts
Capital Almanac organizes company, market, investor, fund, transaction and source-document research. Access to protected research requires an authorized account and workspace membership. Public website access or an inquiry confirmation does not provision a workspace, grant a source-data license or establish an enterprise service commitment. Keep credentials secure, use your own account and follow your organization's permissions.
Source material and licensing
Data availability varies by source, reporting period, licensing and disclosure. Review source provenance, freshness and the underlying document before relying on a fact. Information may be incomplete, delayed, corrected or unavailable. Third-party data remains subject to its provider's rights and permitted uses. Do not redistribute licensed content, bypass entitlement checks or imply that access grants unrestricted rights to source documents.
AI and professional judgment
Capital AI and other generated summaries can contain errors or omit context. Review citations and original sources, and verify calculations and material conclusions independently. The service provides research software and information, not personalized investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, a solicitation to trade, or a guarantee of an investment or transaction outcome. You remain responsible for your analysis, decisions and use of the information.
Fees, cancellation and refunds
The public website does not collect payment or initiate a self-service subscription. Fees, term length, billing frequency, data entitlements, cancellation, refunds and support commitments for contracted access must be specified in the order or agreement before purchase. No website illustration creates a paid order or an automatic renewal. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Workspace content and permissions
Your organization retains its rights in the notes, lists, documents and other content it supplies. You authorize the processing needed to host, display, secure and provide the features you request. Only upload or share information you are entitled to use. Your organization controls invitations and collaboration permissions and must not submit confidential or regulated material outside the agreed scope. AI-provider processing must be permitted for the information you choose to send.
Acceptable use
Do not access another workspace without authorization, evade authentication or rate limits, extract private records, introduce malicious code, disrupt infrastructure, impersonate others or use the service unlawfully. Automated access must respect supported interfaces, source licenses and operational limits. Do not use public contact forms for spam, credentials or confidential transaction documents.
Ownership and external services
Premier Global Management, LLC and its licensors retain rights in Capital Almanac's software, branding and original content. Third-party sources, integrations and linked sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Product or provider references do not imply endorsement. Access does not transfer ownership of the service or authorize redistribution of protected material beyond applicable law or an express license.
Privacy and ending access
The Privacy Notice and Cookies page describe information handling. You may request account or workspace closure through the team, subject to identity and authority checks and your service agreement. Export records you are entitled to keep before access ends. We may restrict access to address abuse, security threats, legal requirements or material breach, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Availability and responsibility
We may correct information, update features or interrupt the service for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Unless a separate agreement provides otherwise and to the extent allowed by law, the website and research information are provided as available without guarantees of completeness, uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular decision. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
