Market prices. Primary source is EODHD. Quotes are treated as delayed unless the connected entitlement is real-time.
Filing metadata. Primary source is the SEC submissions API. Each row keeps form, accession, period, and archive URL.
Private-capital signals. Form D offerings are labeled as offerings, not as venture rounds or valuations.
