Operator and scope

Premier Global Management, LLC operates Capital Almanac at capitalalmanac.com. Our mailing address is 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States. This notice covers the public website, sales inquiries, account administration and the research features supplied to authorized workspaces. For records an organization places in its workspace, that organization determines the purpose of the records and our processing is subject to the applicable service agreement.

Contact and account information

Sales forms collect the name, work email, organization, message and any additional requirements entered on the form. The contact service records the source page, submission reference and receipt time, and uses a hashed network identifier and submission fingerprint for abuse and duplicate prevention. Account administration can involve an email address, authentication events, workspace membership and role. Do not put passwords, full payment-card details or confidential deal documents into a public inquiry.

Research content and source records

Authorized research features can process searches, saved lists, notes, documents, alerts and other records a workspace member creates. Company, investor, fund, transaction, filing and professional-profile records can contain business information drawn from public or permitted sources. Source records are distinct from a visitor's contact submission. Source availability, licensing and provenance determine what can be displayed; missing fields are not evidence that a fact is zero or that a person has no relevant activity.

Purposes and legal bases

We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange access, authenticate authorized users, apply workspace permissions, deliver requested research features, support customers and protect the service. Request logs and diagnostics help operate and troubleshoot the website. Where a legal basis is required, processing can rely on a contract or requested pre-contract steps, legitimate interests in business communication, research and security, consent where required, or legal obligations. A workspace organization is responsible for its own basis for the information it supplies.

Service providers and disclosure

Supabase provides contact storage and research-account infrastructure. Hosting, email, source-data and configured AI providers may process information needed for the services your organization uses. Queries or selected source passages can be transmitted to a configured AI provider when an authorized AI feature is used. Do not submit confidential material unless your organization's agreement and permissions permit that processing. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in a business transaction subject to applicable protections. Public visitors cannot browse submitted contact requests or private workspace records through the website.

Browser storage and tracking

The application stores the workstation's light or dark preference as ca-theme in local storage. The authentication client uses browser storage for session continuity when an authorized user signs in. Public page navigation and search controls also use temporary page state. The application does not configure an advertising tracker or advertising cookies. The Cookies page explains storage controls and the difference between local preferences and server records.

Retention and international processing

We keep inquiries and account information for as long as needed for the conversation, service administration, security and applicable recordkeeping or dispute requirements. Workspace records are subject to the customer's service terms and authorized deletion instructions. Public-source records can remain relevant independently of a website inquiry. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where cross-border safeguards are legally required, they must apply to the relevant processing. Ask us about hosting, providers and contractual requirements before supplying regulated data.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent for future processing. Legal limits and identity verification can apply. Requests about employer-controlled workspace records may need to be directed to that organization. For an inaccurate professional or source record, identify the record and supporting correction so we can review it. You may contact your applicable data-protection authority. Where applicable law provides an appeal of a denied request, email legal@premiergm.com with your original request reference. Submit a Privacy request through Contact sales or write to our mailing address.

Security and children

Account authentication, workspace permissions and restricted contact storage help control access. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Customers must manage invitations, permissions and credentials appropriately. Capital Almanac is intended for professional research and is not directed to children. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information so we can review and address it.
